What is your minimum order?
The minimum order is 25 items for each design.

Can you print just one or two shirts? Why not?
No, in order to set up the screen printing press for production, there are many important steps involved before pulling the first print. It can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 5 hours plus various prep materials (ink, films, tape, EMULSION, etc.) producing an order requires setup and breakdown as well as clean up after the order is complete.

How are your prices determined?
There are a few factors that determine pricing, such as style, brand, and size of shirt or garment used. It is also determined by the number of locations to be printed on as well as the number of colors in the design.

Are there set up and/or screen fees?
These fees are included in the price of the printed items so you know the overall cost of each item.

When is payment due?
Payment from first time customers is due when an order is placed. Most established customers can pay at the time of pickup as long as their payment record is sound. At our discretion, some larger orders with higher “up front” cost will need 50% down.

What is your turnaround time?
Once an order is placed and artwork is finalized, the turnaround time is 10-14 days. If you need your order by a certain date or event, please let us know so that we can ensure everything will be ready by that date. A rush fee may apply in some circumstances.

What type of design files are optimal for screen printing?
Vector files such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) produce the best quality prints. We can also use Photoshop (.psd), .pdf, or.eps files.

What is the maximum standard print size?
It is 12.5”x15.5”

Do you deliver?
We can deliver to businesses in the Paducah area if 100 or more shirts are ordered. A delivery fee will be added depending on distance traveled.

Do you ship?
Yes, we mainly ship via UPS to anywhere in the continental US. Their rates are added to the order.

Do you Do graphic design?
Yes, we offer in house graphic design services for $40 per hour. we no longer design upon request without a down payment beforehand.

Can I get Youth sizes too?
Yes! most Youth tees require a separate setup (smaller boards and smaller size design) Therefore require a separate order minimum of 25. in most cases, youth medium and larger can be mixed in with adult sizes, Youth Small and smaller cannot be printed with an adult sized order.
